What Shipping Methods Are Available?
PTC offers door-to-door delivery by PTC employees or by Canada Post in Regina Sk, Canada and or pick up at the residential business location, which can all be confirmed by calling or emailing the ‘contact’ info on this website. Currently working on expanding products and delivering them across the country. Some items are just too big to be shipped and working the logistics to be able to make some national product offerings available.
Do You Ship Internationally?

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Some items are much less time consuming, while others can take much longer time to manufacture, stain/paint and overall, complete. PTC plans to work with you, the customer, to deliver your desired products within 1 weeks time, within the timeframe that works for you. Please understand this is starting out as a 1 person business and having a young son can be tough. I can guarantee PTC will always try to get products to customers as fast as possible and as high quality as possible.
PAYMENT
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Online orders through the PTC e-commerce store can take payments through: paypal and via various cryptocurrencies. Custom, in-person, non web application orders (not through e-commerce) can be paid by: cash, credit card, etransfer, cheque, money order and wire transfer.
Are there any benefits to paying a certain method?
If a customer pays via ‘cryptocurrency’ an automatic discount of 5% is applied to the order.
Order & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Some products can be directly purchased through the PTC e-commerce store. Others require a more custom finesse and may require full onsite, in-person quotes to discuss with the customer what their needs are. For any services or custom work, please call PTC via our ‘contact’ info and we can discuss what dreams you would like to be built.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you have purchased through the PTC e-commerce store, please reach out via our ‘contact’ information and will work with you to fix any issues. Landscaping services go by the policy of ‘half upfront, half at the end”. This allows for the half payment of the job for the procurement of material and final half payment for completion of agreed work.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you do not need an account to place an order BUT if you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive a coupon code attached to your email and receive 2.5% of all products for LIFE.

How Can I Return a Product?
All sales upon delivery are final. If there are major defects in a shelving product (ie it was painted white instead of puritan pine stain), PTC will pick up the product and make it right by getting the customer what they ordered. If an item is delivered and your German Shepherd loves chewing on wood, well then PTC suggests dog training and a few dog bones. Designed products and customized landscape services have installation included in the prices.
Memorable Gifts
Most gifts don’t require any installation at all but gifts that do require installation (ex child height recorder) are installed for free upon delivery of product; which can be directly arranged after purchasing of products. All ‘Memorable Gifts’ made for wall installation come with hardware and can be installed by most customers with basic household tools.
